Welcome to Designed by Idka! These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the purchase of our products. By using the Site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

• Custom-Made Products: All of our products are made to order and personalized according to customer specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

• Order Processing: Once you place an order, we will send a confirmation email. Processing times for custom orders will be communicated to you during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

• eProof Approval: Customers are responsible for approving eproofs and ensuring that all information is correct. Once an eproof is approved, no further changes can be made. Any changes requested after approval will incur additional costs for revisions or reprinting.

• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our secure checkout system powered by Squarespace.

• Order Changes: Any changes to an order must be communicated to us within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our terms of service and all applicable policies.

3. Pricing and Availability

• We strive to provide accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details, we reserve the right to cancel orders, refund your payment, and correct the information.

4. Shipping

• We offer shipping to various locations, and rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or carrier delays.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Designed by Idka and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order within 7 days of placement at our discretion. This may apply in situations including, but not limited to, delayed communication, failure to provide required details within the necessary time frame or interactions that do not align with our standards of professionalism and respect.

• To maintain the integrity and flow of our design process, we may also cancel an order if we are unable to move forward with the project. Any applicable refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida
