All our designs are semi-custom; we can change fonts, font colors, paper type, layout and embellishments.
These changes can be made during the proofing process and are included with all basic package invitation orders.
Artwork designs such as florals and illustrations are not customizable.

All our packages include unlimited revisions on the design purchased. We work with you closely to ensure the final product is perfect. You'll receive digital proofs along the way, so you know exactly what your suite will look like before printing.

After approving your cards for printing, please allow 4 weeks for invitation production.
This processing time begins upon approval of all proofs, not from the order date.
It's important to note that processing time is separate from shipping time, which varies depending on your location.
Please consider this timeline when placing your order.

We do not offer discounts on our invitations, as they are already priced at their lowest.
We only use premium quality materials for all our invitations.

All invitations will be fully assembled and individually inspected before we ship them out to you!

Weather, customs, and other factors may cause shipping delays for weeks. The provided timings are estimates, and any delays at the destination are beyond my control. Buyers are responsible for any duties or customs charges that may be incurred.
Please ensure that the address you provide is correct. I cannot be held responsible for any errors in the address provided.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or if you fail to pick up your order from the post office a shipping fee will be charged to ship it again.
Once an order is shipped, the postal service takes over the responsibility for delivery.
In all cases where an order is marked as "delivered," we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
